Little Athletics Webmaster

In April 2009, 18 months after joining Ginninderra West Belconnen Little Athletics Centre as a Parent, Canberra Sprint Coach, Steve Dodt, became the Tiger’s first webmaster.

Unlike Steve’s previous Athletics’ websites for CUAC, University Games and Athletics ACT, Ginninderra’s website had a purpose built Web Content Management System (WCMS). Following the site going live in the Athletics offseason, it immediately began attracting hundreds of hits with many families keen to join the Tigers in the 2009-10 season.

Steve though was not on the Committee of the Club and he gladly volunteered his time managing the Tigers’ website, whilst also coaching FAST Running, his squad of senior sprinters.
